Everdream Valley: How to Milk a Cow

There are a lot of farming simulation games out there that will give players a cozy experience of farm life and Everdream Valley is no exception. Everdream Valley has various farming activities that players will get to do as they progress in the main story and one of the activities is to milk the cow. Milking the Cow will add Milk to your inventory that can be used on various occasions.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Milk a Cow in Everdream Valley.

How to Milk a Cow in Everdream Valley

At the start of the game, the farm will have no Cow and Grandfather will tell that Grandmothers’ favorite Cow has gone somewhere. Players will have to find the Cow named “Willow” by using Willow’s Bell in the main quest “Find Willow”. Once players have found Willow, they need to bring it back to the farm and create an enclosure for her.

Once that is done, players will be able to Milk the Cow by equipping the Empty Milk Jug. Open the inventory and select the Empty Milk Jug to equip it and then go to Willow and press the F Button to milk her. Doing that will start a mini-game of Milking the Cow. Players will have to complete the mini-game to milk the cow.

Milking Cow Mini-Game

To complete the mini-game, players will have to press the A and D Buttons at the perfect angle to milk the cow in the bucket down below. As players fill up the bucket, the percentage of the milk will go up. Once players have milked all the way to 100%, the mini-game will end and the milk will get stored in the inventory which can be later used as an ingredient in the Cooking Activity and many others. However, using milk once will consume it so, players will have to milk the cow again to get the milk.
