Fire Emblem Engage: How to Give Gifts

Fire Emblem Engage is a Role-Playing Strategy game in which players will have to defend the land of Elyos from the Fell Dragon. Players will get to play with the Divine Dragon and they will get to fight the dark monsters along with allies. Your Allies are your units who will come to the Somniel when you progress through the game.

Giving Gifts to Other Characters

As players progress through the game, they will unlock many different mechanics that be used throughout the game. One of the mechanics that players will unlock after clearing the Third Chapter Hostilities is giving gifts to your allies/characters. Players will unlock many different characters as they progress through the main story chapters of the game. All of these characters will come to Somniel which is the home base of the Divine Dragon.

Different Characters and NPCs will take place in different locations on Somniel Map. Players will be able to interact with the characters once they are in Somniel or in the Exploration Phase after clearing the battle. Interaction with characters will give you the option to give them a Gift. However, you cannot give random gifts to the characters, they take specific kinds of gifts. You can find different types of items in Somniel as well as in other Nations of Elyos.

Once you return from the battle, you can talk and give a specific gift to the specific character. To give the gift, you can follow the following steps.

• Talk to the Character that you want to give a gift.
• Select the Gift option.
• Select the Gift Item you want to give to the Character.
• Confirm the Gift Item by pressing the A button.

Giving the favorite gifts of the characters will increase the bond between the Divine Dragon and the character. It is advised to talk and give gifts to the characters after every battle and chapter.
