Halo Infinite – scanner, how to scan an area and mark items?

In Halo Infinite there is a scanner thanks to the artificial intelligence built into the armor, which helps us to see various objects – from weapons, through gadgets, to shelves with weapons. You don’t need to be close to something for the scanner to reach it and mark it with a special blue glow on the map.

To turn on the scanner, press – in the case of the PC version – the Z key on the keyboard. Your Spartan will turn it on and highlight all interactive items for a few seconds. Remember that the scanner can be used by you almost all the time – the only thing you need to remember is to renew it, although it takes literally two, maximum of three seconds.
