How to unlock the Sightseeing Log in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker

When it’s time to stop fighting, looking for the sights of the Sightseeing Log is one of the best ways to enjoy the world of Final Fantasy XIV, and today it’s time to talk about how to unlock those of its new expansion: Endwalker.

Although it is true that the places are already there, you will not be able to access to make use of the views using / lookout unless you speak with the NPC that provides you the mission for that. The good thing is that you can do it very soon and very easily.

How to unlock the Sightseeing Log in Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker

Your first stop if you want to take in the sights will be Endwalker’s new great city: Old Sharlayan. To get to it, you will simply have to finish the first mission of the main story. Once there, you will have to continue a little more, until you have the option of going to Thavnair or staying in Old Sharlayan, at which point you can go talk to Babeth Ironheart in Old Sharlayan itself (X: 13.4, Y: 16.9 ).

The good thing about this is that there are no prerequisites, so simply by finishing these two quests, you can go and find all the views you want! Since you’re there, how about starting with the Old Sharlayan ones?
