Lethal Company - Unlock Door

Exploring the facilities of various Moons will often lead you to locked doors that might get you access to a room with more goodies, a new area of the facility, or even a pathway full of monsters and traps. Whatever the scenario is, you can’t get past the locked door until you unlock it. As raiding is essential for completing your quota as well as for earning money, it is no good to leave behind any valuable items/scrap.

In this guide, we’ll go over how to unlock locked doors in Lethal Company.

How to Unlock Locked Doors in Lethal Company

There are three different methods that you can use to unlock the locked doors in the facilities.

  • Finding the Keys to the locked doors.
  • Using the Lockpicker Tool.
  • Using the Terminal.

The first and the usual method that most players will use in their beginning endeavors is finding the keys to the locked doors. As players explore the moon and the facility, they will come across several keys that can be used to unlock the doors. However, it will set your track to finding the keys and waste time just opening one or two doors.

If you are Solo and don’t want to waste your time opening the locked doors by finding their keys, use the Lockpicker Tool. You can buy the Lockpicker tool from the Store for 20 Credits. Upon reaching a locked door, you need to equip the Lockpicker tool in your hand and press the LMB to start unlocking the door. It will take 30 seconds to unlock the door and while the Lockpicker is unlocking the door, you can check your surroundings for any items.

Lastly, if you are playing with your friends and have taken the role of monitoring your fellow raiders, you can use the terminal to unlock the locked door. Interact with the terminal and enter the [unique identification code] for the door. You can learn the identification code for the locked door by using the ‘View Monitor’ command or ask your friend about the number of the door.
