Lies of P: Mad Donkey

Mad Donkey is one of the earliest main bosses in the game that players must defeat to progress through the main storyline. Players will encounter Mad Donkey at the Alchemist Bridge on the way to the Krat City Hall location. The nearest Stargazer location to Mad Donkey’s location is House of Elysion Boulevard.

In this guide, we’ll be telling you how to defeat Mad Donkey in Lies of P.

How to Defeat Mad Donkey in Lies of P

Mad Donkey is one of the easiest bosses in Lies of P and it only has two main attacks, Swing Attack and Slam Attack that can be easily dodged by dashing away or running behind the Mad Donkey. To start the boss fight with Mad Donkey, players will have to make their way to the Alchemist Bridge to find Mad Donkey shouting inside a carriage. Talk to the Mad Donkey to initiate the fight.

Now, there is no particular best weapon for this fight because this fight is one of the easiest fights in the game. The main strategy that you need to use in this fight is to dodge or guard the slam attack to stay close to the Mad Donkey. However, it is best to keep your distance from him when he is doing the swing attack. While he is doing the Slam Attack, dodge in either the left or right direction to get behind him and you will get the chance to land a critical hit. It is the best way to defeat this boss, in fact, it is a cheese method for this method.

Just keep hitting Mad Donkey from behind or from the front and wait for him to do his Slam Attack to get an advantage of hitting him with a critical hit or heavy attack. You can also try to do a lunge attack on Mad Donkey by rolling in the forward direction and doing a simple light attack. It will stun Mad Donkey for a small amount allowing you to get behind him and land a Critical Hit to defeat the Mad Donkey.
