Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Heal

There is a new and ruthless enemy force that has made its way inside all of Manhattan along with Queens and Brooklyn which you need to be aware of and fight to save the city. However, these enemies don’t go down easily and have various types that you need to tackle differently. While fighting the enemies for the first time, you might get beaten up by the enemies and the dangerous weapons that they use for which you must need to learn how to heal the Spider-Men in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to heal in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.

How to Heal in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

The healing mechanic in the new Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is similar to the very first title of the series. However, if you are someone who is new to the series and jumping straight into the latest title, then you might find it confusing to actually heal the Spider-Man you are currently playing with. To heal both Peter and Miles in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, you need to build up the Focus Bar (a yellow bar beneath the HP bar) and then press the Down button on the D-Pad. Pressing the button will immediately heal the currently equipped character’s HP according to the quantity in the Focus Bar.

It does not require the Focus Bar to be fully charged to heal the characters. You can heal them even if there is only a small portion in the Focus Bar but in return, it also regenerates a small portion of HP so keep that in mind. Make sure to use the combos and parry to recharge the Focus Bar to have the advantage of healing the character or performing a finisher move.

At the start of the game, both Peter and Miles will have a single Focus Bar but the number of Focus Bars can be increased by upgrading the Suit Tech from the menu. Having more Focus Bars allows you to heal multiple times and even perform finishers multiple times. Apart from upgrading the Focus, the Health Section in the Suit Tech will allow you to increase the overall health of the characters.
