Lance is mostly used for counterattacks and sharp combos. You can charge forward with your shield raised up and follow up a variety of thrusting attacks.

In the build we’ll be going through the Lance you want to use for this build, Gear that you want to wear, Decorations, and Skills.

Weapon

The Lance that you want to use is Kamura Warrior Spear. It has a sharpness of Level Blue. This weapon has a decoration of Charger Jewel Level 2. It has an attack power of 250 on each hit. The attacks of this weapon will get you through Master Rank 1 & 2.

Gear

The Armor pieces that you want to wear are the following.

For the Head, wear the Hunter’s Helm X armor. You can create this armor with Prized Pelt x1 and Eltalite Ore x2.

For the Torso, wear the Chain Mail X armor. You can create this armor with Eltalite Ore x 2 and Carbalite Ore x 3.

For the Arm, wear the Hunter’s Braces X armor. You can create this armor with Jagras Shard x 2 and Eltalite Ore x 1.

For the Waist, wear the Chain Belt X armor. You can create this armor with Eltalite Ore x 2 and Carbalite Ore x 3.

For the Leg, wear the Chain Greaves X armor. You can create this armor with Eltalite Ore x 1 and Sapphiron Ore x 2.

Decorations

You need to put the following jewels on the armor pieces.

After equipping the skills and putting jewels on the armor, Lance’s defense will go up to 410 and you can easily tank some of the hits.
