Palworld - Unlock Bow and Arrows

Palworld offers various kinds of weapons that players will get to unlock or purchase as they progress through the game which will help them in protecting their base from raids and completing dungeons. Weapons are more efficient in dealing damage to Pals than starting tools and one of the early weapons players can unlock is an Old Bow with regular arrows. It will allow players to engage Pals from a distance while dealing a decent amount of damage.

In this guide, we’ll go over how to unlock a bow and arrows in Palworld.

How to Unlock Bow and Arrows in Palworld

There are several kinds of Bows that players will get to unlock in Palworld including Fire Bow, Poison Bow, etc. but the very first Bow that players can unlock fairly in the starting hour of the game is an Old Bow. Players can unlock and learn the recipe for both the Old Bow and Arrows once they reach Level 3 of Technology.

To increase the Technology level, forage resources, mine rocks and ores, catch Pals, and complete base missions. Once the players reach Level 3, they can open the Technology tab and use one Technology Point each to learn the recipe for Old Bow and Arrows. Both the recipes for Old Bow and Arrows will be added to the Primitive Workbench.

Interact with the Primitive Workbench to select the recipes for Old Bow and Arrows to craft them. Crafting the Old Bow will require 30x Wood, 5x Stone, and 15x Fiber, and crafting 3x Arrow will cost 1x Wood and 1x Stone.

Acquire the items from the Primitive Workbench after crafting them and then place the Old Bow in one of the Weapons slots to use it. Make sure that the Arrows are in your inventory to use them with Old Bow.
