Thief Simulator 2: How to Customize & Upgrade Your Car

Your car is one of the biggest apprentices in Thief Simulator 2 as you have to use it all the time to get around the different areas and often helps you get away quickly from a failed robbery. So, it is safe to say that you might want to spend some money on your car as well to both customize it and upgrade it to keep you out of danger whenever you are wanted in an area.

How to Customize & Upgrade Car in Thief Simulator 2

To customize and upgrade the car in Thief Simulator 2, you need to go to the ‘Car Service’ destination. Go out of any area to open the menu of destinations and select the Car Service destination. Once there, you need to go to the maintenance shop on the right side and go upstairs to interact with the NPC on Sofa. It will open the Customize & Upgrade menu for the car and you will be able to change the following things of the car.

• Upgrade Car
  • Engine Power (Up to 5 times)
  • Tire Traction (Up to 3 times)
  • Brakes (Up to 4 times)
• Customization
  • Change Color

There are not a whole lot of customization options but you can keep changing the color of your car from time to time to give the car a new look. Changing the color of the car costs $200 and all the upgrades have their prices and the price doubles after upgrading to the initial level of the upgrade.

We recommend upgrading the car as it will be able to get you away from the cops after a failed robbery and get you safely back to the Hideout.
