Thief Simulator 2 offers much more than just stealing items from houses as your character is capable of stealing cars and selling off their parts for huge income. However, to do such big robberies around Madison St. and other areas, you must unlock the garage for storing the stolen cars.

How to Unlock the Garage in Thief Simulator 2

The garage is located beside your hideout and can be accessed from the hideout but you first have to buy it to unlock it. To unlock the Garage, go to the garage’s gate indicated with a garage icon on the right side of the house and interact with it to buy it for $8,000. It is an expensive investment but it is a precise one unlocking the following features.

• Store Stolen Cars.
• Disassemble Cars to sell their parts.
• Unlocks a new Purchasable Sports Car at Car Service.

You will not be able to buy it early in the game but as you progress ahead in the game and complete the Forestside Resort heist, you will be able to pull a decent profit through which you can buy the garage. Unlocking the garage is also required for completing the Warehouse heist which is the 2^nd heist in Thief Simulator 2.
