MultiVersus: LeBron James – Strategies and Moves Guide

MultiVersus has recently added LeBron James character in the game and players are already getting hyped on this character. LeBron James is one of the greatest basketball players and his move set also contains the basketball play style.

In this guide, we’ll tell you the strategies and all the moves of LeBron James in MultiVersus.

Strategies for LeBron James Character

LeBron James is a Bruiser class in MultiVersus which means that he can get close to the opponents and land some heavy attacks on them. He can also counterattack opponents with heavy hits. His main ability is to throw a Basketball at the opponents from a distance or close range. You can choose the direction and when you throw the ball it will hit the opponent and deal damage. This gives a huge advantage to this character because with this character, you can do Projectile attacks on your opponents making them stop pushing you or drop them when they are in the air.

LeBron James can only hold one Basketball at a time and if you throw the basketball on the enemy, you have to wait for Neutral Special to fill up to get back the basketball. However, if you hit your opponent with the melee attack, you’ll instantly get your basketball back. You can also throw the basketball to your allies and if your allies do a Directional Attack, the basketball will also go in that same direction and it will deal extra damage to the opponent.

Moves of LeBron James

The Moves of LeBron James that you can perform in the matches are the following.

Buckets

LeBron James can throw the Basketball in four different directions. If you press the Special Button and then give the direction, the basketball will be thrown in that direction. If you hold the direction toward the opponent then the basketball will go straight to the opponent, if you hold the direction downward then the basketball will hit the floor first and then hit the opponent, if you hold the direction upward then the basketball will go up and if you hold the direction opposite to where LeBron James is facing then the basketball will go in the opposite direction. You can land some trick shots with this move and your opponent will not expect to get hit while you are facing in another direction.

If you press the Special Button without the Basketball in hand then you’ll get one only if the Neutral Special is full otherwise, you have to wait or hit the enemy with the melee attack to get one.

L-Train

While doing the L-Trian move, LeBron will jump into the air and then dunks the basketball down and land on the enemy position. On the landing, the ball will explode and it will create a shockwave. If the enemy is in range, the explosion will weaken the enemy.

If LeBron James didn’t have basketball, then he’ll just do a shoulder charge on the enemy.

Got Hops

LeBron will throw a basketball high up in the air. It is useful when the opponents are in the air or on a higher platform. You can also perform this move while in the air, LeBron will still throw a ball in a high arc. If you don’t have the basketball and do Got Hops move, LeBron will throw some chalk upwards when he is on the ground. When LeBron is in the air, he will clap his hands upwards.

Denied

LeBron will spike the basketball directly downwards and hit the opponent directly or if the opponent is on a higher platform the basketball will also bounce off the ground and can hit the opponent. It will be most efficient when you are directly above your opponent because it can knock the opponent off the stage. If LeBron doesn’t have the basketball in his hands, then he will perform a blocking stance.
