On PS4, Cyberpunk 2077 runs at 720-900p and with drawdowns of up to 15 FPS

Before the release, only the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 was sent to the press, so the traditional technical analysis of the game from Digital Foundry is delayed. Nevertheless, experts still shared their early measurements.
On the base PS4, the game runs in dynamic resolution, which ranges from 720p to 900p. The picture is very soapy, and the FPS on the street often drops to 15 frames. In this game, sometimes you can keep 30 FPS, but with drawdowns of up to 25.
At the same time, the game still constantly freezes due to the inability to load content, which prevents you from shooting and driving.
As for the next-generation consoles, the high-resolution mode at 30 FPS is only available on the Series X. And on the PS5, the game works by default with a target of 60 FPS and a reduced resolution.
The full analysis will be released later, but John Linneman noted on Twitter that the versions for consoles of the previous generation are comparable to some ports for Switch, and they should have been canceled, and not released in this state.
