Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is an action role-playing game in which players will get to build their characters to take down all kinds of enemies in Ancient China during the chaotic Three Kingdoms Era. In order to build up the character, players will have to get a specific resource named as “Genuine Qi”.

Genuine Qi in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

Genuine Qi is the main currency in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty that players will have to get in order to level up their character. Players can get Genuine Qi by defeating the enemies of all kinds. Since there are different types of enemies, you will get different amount of Genuine Qis from them by defeating them. Slaying the bosses will give you the most Genuine Qis.

To get high amount of Genuine Qis, you must build up your Morale Rank as well as Fortitude Rank. By doing this, your damage will remain higher and you will take down the enemies easily and earn Genuine Qis.

You will lose Genuine Qis by dying. Each time your character die, will lose half amount of Genuine Qis you had. This effect will happen against all types of enemies except the bosses you face in the missions. By dying to the bosses, you will only lose Morale but dying to the regular enemies, you will lose half of Genuine Qis and Morale.

If you don’t want to lose Genuine Qis then it is recommended to use them at the Battle Flag checkpoint once you have enough for the next level. Use them on one of the virtues to level up your character simultaneously. Genuine Qis can be seen on the bottom left of your screen so, you can keep track of how much Genuine Qis you have gathered.
