Before you get to find the famous clown, you need to first accept the request of a Restless Tourist. You can find the Restless Tourist on the west corner of W. Shofukucho Street. The individual will be marked with an exclamation marker on the map. Make your way to the location to talk to the tourist and accept the request.

Once you have accepted the request, you need to make your way to the center of Sontenbori St. You can reach it by going in the north direction, crossing the bridge to reach the other side of the lake, and turning to the east side. Keep going along Sontenbori St. until you come across a clown puppet standing outside a restaurant playing the drum.

Go near the clown and press the Up Button on the D-Pad to open the Phone’s Camera to take a picture of the clown. Now, make your way back to the Restless Tourist to end the request.
