Super Mario Bros. Wonder has a new collectible item called the Wonder Seed. Wonder Seeds can be used to remove the currently activated Wonder Effect or to unlock locked courses in the world.

What Are Wonder Seeds in Super Mario Bros. Wonder?

There are at least two Wonder Seeds in every course in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Some courses have a hidden Wonder Seed that can be found by replaying the course or finding a hidden area. The two guaranteed Wonder Seeds are collected by completing the level and surviving through the Wonder Effect activated by collecting the Wonder Flower.

The Wonder Flower is a feature in every course that applies a variety of effects to the course. To find the Wonder Seed, you must progress through the course by surviving through the effects of the Wonder Flower. The collected Wonder Seed will be added to its counter beside the regular coins.

What Are Wonder Seeds Used For in Super Mario Bros. Wonder?

There are two main uses for Wonder Seeds in Super Mario Bros. Wonder:

• Remove the Wonder Effect.
• Unlock locked courses in the world.

However, each world has its own color of Wonder Seed, and each color of Wonder Seed can only be used in the respective world. For example, Wonder Seeds from the Pipe-Rock Plateau World cannot be used to unlock courses in the Fluff-Puff Peaks World. Locked courses require a certain number of a specific-colored Wonder Seed, and you must play the courses in that respective world to gather the required Wonder Seed.
