Everdream Valley – How to Find the Missing Rooster
One of the earliest works that players will be required to do in Everdream Valley is to gather various animals at the farm. Players will be required to get Chickens, Cows, Sheep, and many more animals in the early hour of the game. One of the main quests will also require players to find the Rooster who is been missing from the farm. Players would have to find the missing Rooster and bring him back to Chicken Coop.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to find the Missing Rooster in Everdream Valley.
How to Find the Missing Rooster in Everdream Valley
Like finding any other missing/hidden item or animal in the game, players would have to use the tracking mechanic. The tracking can be done with the dog so, make sure to get the dog first. After acquiring the dog, players would have to play fetch with him or pet him to increase its level to 3. Once it is done, players would have to give him a Dog Treat and then use the Rooster Feather in the inventory. The Rooster Feather will be given to players by the Grandfather at the very start of the quest so, make sure to use it to start tracking.

Once the dog has sniffed the Rooster Feather, an exclamation icon will appear on the dog. The dog will start tracking the smell of the Rooster and players will have to follow the dog to find the missing Rooster. Keep following the dog until the dog reaches a giant tree and the Rooster will be sitting on top of the tree. Now, in order to bring down the Rooster, players will have to bring the cat to Rooster’s Location. Keep in mind the Rooster’s Location and open the map to locate the cat.
Go to the cat and pet her so that she can follow you and then lead her to Rooster’s Location. As the cat reaches the tree, the Rooster will jump down from the tree and players will be able to catch the Rooster by pressing the F Button.

Now, take the Rooster back to Chicken Coop where all other chickens are, and place him in the area to complete the quest as well as unlock a new animal at the farm.
