American Law Firm Prepares to Sue Cyberpunk 2077 Developers

Warhorse Studios' Co-founder says Cyberpunk 2077 is better than GTA V, TES V: Skyrim and RDR 2

New York-based law firm Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP has initiated proceedings against CD Projekt RED with a view to potentially filing a claim in an attempt to protect the interests of the Polish gaming company investors.

The reason for the initiative from the lawyers was the uneven launch of the role-playing adventure game Cyberpunk 2077, which was followed by the collapse of CD Projekt RED shares.

American lawyers believe that the senior management of CD Projekt RED deliberately misled both the investors themselves and the wider audience, pursuing selfish motives. Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP encourages all holders of CD Projekt securities to contact its representatives in order to organize further actions.

Recall that before this, the Polish lawyer Mikolai Ozhekhovsky was going to file a claim against CD Projekt RED – he accuses the company of fraud, having enlisted the support of a number of third-party organizations.

Home sales Cyberpunk 2077 was held on December 10. The project was recently pulled from the digital PlayStation Store. Now the developers are actively engaged in the release of updates in order to bring the technical condition of the long-term construction into the proper form

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
