Repair and Upgrade

There are a ton of weapons in Dead Island 2 that players will get as they progress through the game and explore different maps of the game. You will get a different variety of Melee Weapons as well as Guns in Dead Island 2. Using the weapons will gradually decrease their durability for which you will have to repair them. You can choose to upgrade these weapons to increase their output damage.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Repair and Upgrade Weapons in Dead Island 2.

Repair and Upgrade Weapons

In order to repair and upgrade your weapons, you need to access the Workbench. The Workbenches can be found all over the map and the very first workbench that you will find is when you get the Blueprint of Med Kit. By accessing the Workbench, you will be able to repair your broken or damaged weapons as well as upgrade them to a higher level to increase their damaged output.

In order to repair a weapon, select the broken weapon and you will get the option to repair it. Repairing the weapon will cost you money so, make sure you have enough money to repair the weapon. Interact with the Repair Option to repair the weapon at Workbench.

In order to upgrade the Weapon, you will also get the Upgrade option and Match Level option when you select a weapon at Workbench. Selecting the Match Level Option will upgrade the level to your current Character’s Level. Selecting the Upgrade Option will upgrade the weapon to the next level. In both cases, it will cost a hefty amount of money. So, make sure that you have enough money for both repairing and upgrading your weapons.

I enjoy playing games, and gaming is a passion of mine. Among my favorite games are Tears of the Kingdom, GTA, and Cyberpunk.
