There are a total of 24 Runes that you can get in Diablo Immortal to craft different Legendary Gems. Most of the Runes are gotten by completing the Elder Rifts. After defeating the Elder Guardian, the chances of runes dropping will increase.

To increase the further chances, players can use the Crests and Legendary Crests to guarantee a drop of Rune. Just equip the crests before opening the Elder Rift and the Rift Guardian will guarantee a rune drop and also increases the chances of other runes dropping. But these crests are bought with real money from the Diablo Immortal in-game store.

Other than these, you can also buy the runes from Fading Embers and Runes Traders. But these runes are limited and not all the runes can be bought. But the most casual way to get the runes is by completing the Elder Rifts.
