Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty – How to Change Armor Appearance/Transmog

There are four different pieces of Armor that players will get by killing the enemies and bosses. As players progress through the game, they will get upgraded armor pieces as well that can tank more hits from enemies. However, changing armor from time to time is necessary due to difficult enemies in mid/late game. But you can also Transmog your armor pieces to the starting armor if you want.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to Change Armor Appearance/Transmog in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
Unlock Decorate Feature at Blacksmith
In order to unlock the Transmorg mechanic in the game, you will have to unlock the Decorate Feature at the Blacksmith. You will find Blacksmith in the first main mission after the tutorial but you will only be able to simply upgrade your Weapons and Armor pieces. You will have to progress further in the game until you reach a location named “Hidden Village”. It will unlock in the 3rd Part of the main story.
Once you have unlocked location, Blacksmith will permanently set her shop on the right side of the battle flag in the area. By going to her, you will unlock Decorate Feature along with Salvage & Embedment features.
Change Armor Appearance/Transmog in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
After unlocking Decorate Feature, you will be able to transmog your Armor pieces into one of the armor appearance you like. Meaning, your armor appearance will change but the stats will remain the same. If you have a legendary armor but you don’t like its appearance then you can change its appearance to any of the armor you have unlocked. To change the appearance, follow the following steps.
- Interact with the Blacksmith and select the Decorate option.
- Change the tab to Armor and select the Armor piece you want to change the appearance of.
- Now, you need to select one of the Armor Piece to which you want to change the appearance. Press the Left-Click or hold the Left-Click to accept the decoration.
- After selecting it, your Armor Piece appearance will be changed to the selected armor piece and it will cost 1,000 Coppers.

You can change appearance of all four of your armor pieces to the one you like and your defense and spirit stats will remain the same. Changing each Armor Piece’s Appearance will cost you 1,000 Coppers every time.
